Using this site
By using artisthouse.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
Artist registration
Registering as an artist does not guarantee a performance slot. We review each registration and reach out with opportunities that fit. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to perform the material you present.
Performances & conduct
Performers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward staff, other artists and audiences. We may decline or end a performance that is unsafe, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Bookings & events
Event bookings are confirmed in writing. Specific pricing, scope, cancellation and payment terms are agreed per booking. Inquiries submitted through the site are not binding until confirmed by our team.
Content & intellectual property
You retain rights to your own creative work. By performing at our events you grant Artist House permission to photograph, record and use images/clips of the event for promotion, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
The site and services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Artist House is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or attendance at events.
